Unfortunately,we don’t offer a caravan trade-in service. We recommend that you sell your caravan through Trade Me or Facebook Marketplace to achieve the best possible price. We can give you good advice on what we believe your caravan is worth for selling purposes.
Generally,our caravans are all ready to be towed away the same day. However, for peace of mind, we would prefer to give the caravan another full test before leaving the yard which would take around 24 hours. If any accessories like Solar,Self-Containment, Motor Movers etc are required, we would endeavour to have allour stock ready to drive away within 5 business days. This also gives us enough time to give the caravan a final groom before handing it over.
Our workshop is not open to the public. We only do inhouse repairs for our own caravans.
Ofcourse! Prior to collecting your caravan, we will send you an email with video links to show you how to set-up your caravan and with operational instructions for appliances. When we carry out the handover, we will take you through your new caravan and demonstrate fully how everything works, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to make sure you are confident with operating your caravan before you driveoff.
We are only a dealership and do not stock spare parts.
There are so many variables to keep in mind when working out if your vehicle is suitable for towing. We recommend that you check out the weight of the caravan and contact either an authorised towbar installer or the vehicle manufacturers specific dealership.Another option would be to use this tow car calculator to determine whether your car is suitable. Self-Containment is an optional extra. We offer self-containment as an extra as not everyone is planning to use their caravan for freedom camping. The cost of this is $500incl. gst. (This is only available to caravans sold by North Shore Caravans)
Yes! Weare open every Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Sundays are by appointment only, we are open most public holidays except for Easter long weekend.
