50mm Hi-Rise Towballs & why you need them on your caravan tow vehicle

We always get asked the question, what tow ball size do I need for a UK caravan? The answer is you must use The 50mm High Rise Tow balls and Locking Plates as these are the Manufacturers' mandatory requirement for use with the imported European Caravans fitted with the AL-KO AKS Stabiliser Couplings. The reason being the hi-rise gives you enough clearance to safely tow as the AKS stabiliser couplings have big round sidewalls, and could cause your caravan to come un-hitched.
